SANAD is a dedicated Training-of-Trainers (TOT) initiative focused on building the capacity of Saudi women in sports management, coaching, and community engagement. The program targets women aged 25–35, equipping them with leadership skills, event organization expertise, and tools to foster inclusion in the sports sector. It aligns with Vision 2030’s goals for female participation in sports and is delivered in partnership with European institutions and local federations.
