IDC (Intercontinental Development Center) is an international consultancy group registered in both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands. IDC Saudi serves as the regional GCC hub, building strategic partnerships across the public and private sectors in alignment with Vision 2030 and Vision 2040.

With a team of European experts and Gulf-based advisors, IDC specializes in connecting European innovation with local development goals. We focus on capacity-building, ESG strategies, non-profit ecosystem development, digital transformation, and tourism, Sports innovation.

As founder of Ludwig Rheinland, he brings deep insights into policy development and partnership building in transitional regions.

Eirini (Irene) Kamba

Eirini Kamba is a seasoned trainer and peace education advocate, known for her leadership in civil society building, intercultural learning, and youth empowerment across Europe and the MENA region. She has led over 80 EU-funded projects, worked extensively with conflict-affected youth, and has trained professionals in resilience building, dialogue facilitation, and project-based advocacy. Irene is the founder of a leading Greek NGO and an active voice in European civic participation circles.

Maryrose Francis

Maryrose Francis is a UK-based consultant and practitioner in inclusive education, youth policy, and minority rights. She has supported programs under the British Council, Erasmus+, and local government initiatives to enhance access to leadership and community engagement opportunities for disadvantaged youth. Her current focus lies in intergenerational empowerment and rights-based learning for marginalized communities, especially within diasporic and post-migration contexts.

With over 25 years in adult education and vocational training, Archontia Kaloskami serves as Assistant Director at KEK AXIA (Greece) and project lead on dozens of Erasmus+ strategic partnerships. She has worked closely with ministries, universities, and training institutes to enhance workforce readiness, entrepreneurial literacy, and cross-sectoral competence development.

Nelly Davtyan is a rising tech entrepreneur and founder of SkillVentory OÜ, based in Estonia. Recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Decade” by the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme, she specializes in digital education platforms, smart skill assessment systems, and artificial intelligence in lifelong learning. Nelly is also a speaker and coach for women in tech and has launched numerous social innovation startups focused on youth, education, and green transformation.
